Makes a great cup of coffee but both our first and second machine have malfunctioned in the milk steamer,either pouring out hot water instead of steam or just not working at all while pressure built up where the coffee exits.

This coffee mechine dose not even fit a standard mug under it not even a mini espresso mug we have. The noise the milk part makes is the highest squeal and hurts the ears. Extremely upset as this was my wife’s only Mother’s Day request for a present.

The machine does not work. Followed the instructions and googled. Did everything the way i was supposed to and it doesn’t work at all. Just keeps resetting over and over. Unplugged and tried again another time and no, still didn’t work. Very disappointed
