It's pretty & it works. The lid is flimsy. I'm annoyed with myself for not thinking about double wall insulation. It is a glass kettle. Therefore it doesn't hold the heat for very long which annoys me but may not be a problem for other people. I paid a fair price for it though so you get what you pay for. All in all, it is fine.
