I am very happy with this kettle ~ I also bought one for my son a year or so ago. It heats up the water quickly and is easy to change temperature settings, so very useful for different tea types. As it is double~walled the exterior doesn't get very hot either.

This product glows different colours not just blue & doesn't look like the picture. To open to fill up with water the button on top is hard to press & need to press in the right spot to work. It takes several attempts. Not happy.

I love watching the water boil in this kettle you can see straight into it. The button to switch it on is flat on the handle and it's a bit tricky to switch on at first but if you hold the button down with the corner of your thumb it'll work
