I haven’t been able to get it to work. The buttons are really unresponsive and even though the tank is full, no water is going through it (this is just for the initial setup, there is no coffee in the filter).

The machine is very simple and makes an good coffee I had purchased this as it had low Watts so that I was able to run a coffee machine in my off grid camping set up which this machine achieved, will need to have a play with the grind at home to perfect the cup however it does the job.
