Network Update: Services Operating with Minor Weather Impacts

Australia is currently experiencing generally stable weather conditions nationwide, following recent storm activity that affected parts of the southern regions. While there were periods of strong winds and heavy rain in areas such as South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia, conditions are now easing and no widespread severe weather events are impacting the country at this time.

Domestic carrier networks remain fully operational across Australia, and deliveries are continuing as normal in most regions. Some customers in previously affected areas may experience minor, short-term delays as carriers complete recovery and clear-up works, but overall disruption is limited and localized. Customers can expect services to continue to normalise as weather conditions fully stabilise.

Normally, we send an update at each stage of the delivery process, however, in areas affected by natural disasters, sometimes the first notification that you will receive is on the day that your item is being delivered to you. This is because of the changes to the way we’re processing items due to natural disasters.
