Weather and Network Update
Australia is currently experiencing typical winter weather patterns, with strong winds affecting parts of South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales, along with periods of heavy rain and isolated flooding in Queensland and NSW.
While national transport networks remain fully operational, some regional and coastal freight routes may experience intermittent delays due to road closures, detours, or temporary weather-related disruptions. Road freight is most affected, while air and sea freight may see short, event-based delays. Overall delivery performance remains stable, with transport providers actively rerouting shipments to minimise disruption and maintain service continuity.

Normally, we send an update at each stage of the delivery process, however, in areas affected by natural disasters, sometimes the first notification that you will receive is on the day that your item is being delivered to you. This is because of the changes to the way we’re processing items due to natural disasters.
