Our Creative Director Chris Deal was in Nepal last month. The editorial team put out a call for travel inspiration, and it turns out we're a pretty well-travelled bunch here at T&W, with adventurous souls heading to the remote reaches of Mongolia and Peru as well as places closer to home. We hope these travel snaps from the T&W team will inspire you to plan an adventure!

Despite the heaving crowds and oppressive heat, Angkor Wat and the whole Angkor area was amazing. In the sea of humanity it was still possible to find a moment of stillness and reflect on richness of Cambodia's history. My favourite part of my trip was the people - those who I travelled with and the locals I got to meet along their way. Cathy Leighton, Head of Production

We took a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon while we were in Nevada. There are so many colours in the desert other than just brown and the aerial view of these streams absolutely blew me away. Cat Kerr, Senior Designer

Tokyo is fast paced, bright with neon lights, and bustling 24 hours a day. There's shopping for days, and a seemingly endless amount of things to see or do. I don't think I could like a city more than I do Tokyo - I'll be back again soon. Nush Sharifi, Customer Care

The Red Poppies display at the Tower of London this year was not only visually spectacular, but also a great reminder of the selfless work of our war heroes. Michael Wilton, Customer Care

This is at the Cod Hole near Lizard Island in Queensland. The potato cod came to say hello but I'd run out of potatoes… Dean Rogers, CFO

Somewhere in Mongolia. You never really know where you are in this vast land without borders. You have to embrace the feeling of being lost. There are no roads, hardly any people just the wide open country. It is the complete difference from our modern fast pace lifestyle. It is back to basics, but the rewards are stunning landscapes, warm, welcoming people and an overwhelming feeling of freedom. Loved every moment of it! Franziska Jenetzky, Customer Care

Looking down on an ancient Inca town in Peru - I loved the pure beauty of the landscape, and the incredible stories that are associated with the ruins on the trail. Alex Phillips, Intern

Bali - swimming, shopping and cocktails. What more could a girl want? Hannah Denney, Customer Care

The hospitality of Zainh and the peaceful beauty of the valley made a homestay in Sapa in Vietnam very special. Eleanor Grattan, Assistant Producer & Copywriter

The colours in Waimea Canyon in Hawaii were unbelievable, desert reds and tropical greens. I loved this particular mountain as it reminded me of a scoop of rocky ice cream. Amy Sastro, Business Analyst
