Wilson Outdoor Timber Storage Bench

Product was fine. Instructions for assembly were difficult to use. Individual components need to be labelled as it is difficult to identify similar sized and shaped components.

I bought two of these bench seats with storage for my balcony. They were super easy to assemble and they look great. I’ve been able to store so much in them - I’m very happy.

I'm happy with my purchase. It will be used to store some pool equipment. It's well made and I expect that we will get a number of years use from it. I did give it an extra coat of protection as it will be living outside.

To be quite honest the assembly was horrid! No instructions just a one pager with pics and your guess is as good as anyone else’s! Then after 3 hours , the pieces are misaligned and the opening part rubs against the handles and barely opens. So I m being generous with 2 stars.

Arrived promptly. Solid piece of outdoor furniture. Unfortunately the holes were not drilled in the right place or according to the diagram so we had to redrill ourselves. We are happy with the size of storage and holds beach towels and pool towels well. Comfortable seat

Not long after putting together noticed that the base would rub against the arms a lot each time we opened. By being outside and exposed to the elements made it go bad quicker than I hoped. Eventually I fell through it when sitting down

Bench is sturdy but not finish. Timber pokes in some places

Great storage bench fit for purpose, only gripe was that screw holes didn't line up perfectly so we had to drill an angled hole to ensure the joints fit correctly. Would also be better if it has a hoist to keep seat up when storing things. Still a great purchase as it looks good and feels sturdy.

This is a great quality chair. Nice and strong to sit on. Easy to assemble. A little bit darker than I expected but probably a good thing as im sure it will fade in the sun.

Good product, serves the purpose. Was just fiddly to assemble as the instructions are not so clear and the parts are not numbered. Had to disassemble 3x before we got it right.

Looks great but not waterproof, after heavy rain the bottom slat expanded. Would be perfect under shelter

I was quite happy with the bench. Improvements that should be made:[ !. The illustrations of parts are very poor and fail to distinguish front and tear panels. 2. The panels consist of vertical slats which do not fit together properly, leaving many gaps. 3, The screws keeping the bench together are secured by a supplied allen key, but the sockets in the heads of the screws are too shallow and/or the key is a poor fit so that it slips out when attempting to tighten. 4 Some holes for the fastenings are poorly made see photo

Very pleasing prompt delivery to regional Queensland. Children had a ball helping put it together, so simple with easy to follow instructions.

Looks good but measurements given were not clear so it is smaller than expected and doesn’t fit the purpose we intended. As a chair though it is Diane looks good.

I received the product in two days at my doorstep from my order. Very quick and reliable. There is minor defect of the product. Overall, the outdoor storage bench is really worth for the price.

Seat isn’t as sturdy as what we thought it would be ,and looks cheap compared to the swing seat we bought earlier, maybe our own fault as could have bought the more expensive one but this one looked similar to our swing seat which are near each other in courtyard

Arrived fairly quickly and looks alright once constructed. However it was very ill fitting. The holes on the lid were out by a centimetre and required re-drilling. This was mentioned in quite a few of the reviews so we had a drill ready to go. The packaging had no padding in between the pieces and the seat piece (top side) came with several scratch marks.

This is quite a nice piece of furniture. The assembly instructions need to distinguish the size of fixing used at each point. I had to undo what id done and change to different fixings at one point.
