The strong smell people are talking about disappeared after airing it outside for a few days. It’s no longer an issue at all.

Easy to cut to shape for a round mat. Very grippy. The rug doesn't move at all. I have noticed some sticky residue on the floor when I lift it for cleaning, but ad it goes back in the same spot it isn't an issue.

I have found the under rug nonslip purchases I made have been exceptionally effective - my rugs do not move and makes vacuuming so easy and also knowing my rugs are in great condition with the nonslip rug under them. I have peace of mind knowing family activities are safe as the rugs are firmly in place.
