Nice wardrobe but put together a bit unsteady

recently purchased a sliding wardrobe, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing so far. As soon as I lifted one of the sliding doors out of the box, the damage you see in the photo occurred. This happened before I even began assembling the unit. Previously, I had already received a replacement wardrobe after discovering a crack in another door. At that time, I was told there would be no need to send another one again. My concern now is about the durability of the product overall. I’ve already installed the new wardrobe, but the type and quality of the wood used feels incredibly fragile – to be honest, it’s quite alarming, especially given the price I paid (over $300). This is not a small investment, and I expected better quality and reliability. If customer satisfaction is truly valued, I sincerely hope the company will consider sending two new sliding doors as replacements. That would go a long way toward restoring my confidence in both the product and your service.

This is the cheapest piece of rubbish I have ever seen in my life. I’ve bought cheap stuff from the big cheap store chains before but my god, this doesn’t even compare. The whole thing moves if you sneeze, the walls are paper thin and it looks like the framing on the doors was stuck on by a kindergartener. May aswell have built my own out of cardboard! Literally. What an astronomical waste of money. Do not buy this, you’ve been warned.

The sliding doors on this product are awful. The quality of them has left much to be desired. They look like cheap particle board, they are so flimsy and feel like they will break under your hand when you touch it. They do not sit in the tracks that are built into the frame of the wardrobe. They are stiff and clunky to slide along and a pain to put into the tracks in the first place. For the amount of money spent on the product it does not meet expectations at all. Highly disappointed in the quality of this product I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Slides doors very flimsy

Very poor quality doors are very flimsy but it does hold a lot great Interim wardrobe while we wait to get built ins put in wouldn’t last long term due to how flimsy it is would have expected better quality for the price we paid for them
