As described. Outside packaging however had a different name for the rug on it so this was a bit concerning. However it was all correct once opened. Very happy.

thought this was excellent value and exactly as described/photographed. Subtracting one star for the awfully strong chemical smell that has lingered for over 2 weeks, despite 24hrs of airing it outside in the shade on a breezy day and keeping windows open daily - I suspect it needed several days outside airing. Disappointing due to its arrival within a week of guests coming.

This rug is stunning! I love it. A little bit thinner than expected but I like that as it’s better to run our carpet shampoo machine over if necessary. Beautiful and soft underfoot and still gives a lush cosy feel. Colour isn’t yellowish as some ‘whites’ can be. It’s just off white but not cream or beige. 100 percent recommend it. The texture adds softness to the room but doesn’t appear to be too deep in the lower grooves to vacuum or clean well as some rugs are. So happy with it!

We purchased the 4x3m rug and it makes our space look huge! Took 2 days to naturally flatten out. I don’t think it is as stark white as the product photos which was great for us. Thin rug but looks and feels lush under foot. Would be fine in summer too. Tip: always have the rug larger than your area and have a little of it going under your lounge.
