White Alix 3 Drawer Filing Cabinet

Wayyyyyy smaller than the picture shows!! My fault for not looking at measurements properly BUT I’m confused about how they’ve made it look so big compared to what it looks like built in person.

The actual size of the product is smaller than shown in the pictures. The instruction manual arrived ripped and was very difficult to understand. I requested a soft copy of the instruction manual; however, I was only provided with a parts list. As a result, I had to figure out the installation process on my own. Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase.

Difficult to assemble poorly packaged quality is very average

The White Alix 3 Drawer Filing Cabinet is a decent item overall. The drawers are sturdy, it looks good once assembled, and it does the job it’s meant to do. However, the instructions that came with it were incorrect, which made the assembly much more frustrating and time-consuming than it needed to be. If the manufacturer updated the instructions, this would be a much better experience. As it stands, not a bad cabinet, but be prepared for some guesswork during setup.

First chance today to set it up. Installation instructions could not have been more complex to install than what they are. Draws are atrocious, none of the holes alignment for multiple draws don’t fit and or near impossible to get all draws fitted and no banging the one above or below. Bearings for one draw rail failing in. I’m going to request a refund, total garbage package. Draw holes visible behind handles. I’m sure competitors would be better than this nonsense.

Love the Cabnet.But it came with no instructions I contacted the company and was emailed “instructions “that were all wrong.There were no numbers on the different parts and all screws etc were in one bag . My Very Patient Son sat with it for a couple of days and worked out what screws went with each part .and put it together.I love the cabnet .So glad I have a Clever son .I think it had been opened at customs or somewhere in transit as box was cut and taped.This was in the aftermath of very bad storms.

Compact cabinet for home office. The images in the ad make it look wider than it actually is but the dimensions are accurate. My main issue was with the assembly instructions. The parts were not labeled and the instructions were hopeless ( cryptic, images unclear to identify parts and mirrored) resulting in trial and error to put this together.

Very cheap material

Reasonable quality. Instructions very hard to follow. Only 3 of the pieces were marked which part they were. Very tight spacing for the drawers. Ended up having to take tracks off middle drawer so they would all fit. Need to be very exact where the runners are placed.

Great lockable cupboard for my work. Easy to put together. Solid

Incredibly difficult to assemble. The fittings are cheaply made and the keys and lock are impossible. They’re sticky and and tough to lock. Very disappointing.

Unable to be assembled, numbers incorrect, no scew holes on one side.

Great product was a little hard putting it together

The instructions to put this unit together were terrible, it took 3 hours to put together. Once it was all in place, when I went to check the keys worked in the locks, the locks fell apart. Absolute waste of my time and money.

It is as in the photo and the quality is so so for that price. It will take some hours to essemble. Overally, I am happy with the purchase given the price.

Not the easiest to put together. It may be my skill, but the drawers were not aligned, and the backing was flimsy, I’m sorry to say.

Terrible quality - terrible instructions and I'm a seasoned flat pack assembler.

Absolutely terrible product! Hubby had 3 or 4 attempts at it directions were obscure and faulty in their instruction. We gave up and threw it away.tptal waste of money!

The instructions were poor with reference to red side up - no red sides. Some holes were misaligned or missing altogether. Not a good quality product.

I wasn’t prepared for this to be a flat pack… Thought it was all in one unit - solid. This will fall apart in a few weeks… Shame. Also I was missing two door handles
