Delivery was quick and fast. The seat is made from quality materials. However, assembly instructions are not explicit enough. The Allen keys provided to assemble are not adequate. On one of the chair legs the pre-drilled hole was incomplete in other areas the pre-drilled holes did not align. Due to these aspects assembling the seat was made more complex and difficult. Nonetheless, the seat when finally assembled is a great product and to this extent I’m pleased with the purchase. Hopefully, the above comments will be noted and incorporated into QC in the future.
