didn't really look like the photo. The bed head is a lot lower than expected. My dog did chew up the side, and the insides look to be made of sawdust or something similar. The plastic support beams are prone to bending when you try to shimmy the bed around

This bed is terrible. It looks nothing like the picture. The ‘wood’ is a very dark brown and looks very fake. The bed head is nowhere near as big as the picture, unable to even see it once pillows are on the bed. The only part of the bed that resembles the image on the website are the legs!

SO GOOD!!! Very stable/well-made and looks exactly like the pictures. Was a tad difficult to assemble (i'm not the best at flat-packs so don't take my word for it)

I'm not sure what mattress they used for the photo but it must have been a very tiny one!! This bed does not look at all like this when assembled. The timber is very thin and fake looking. The bed head cannot be seen with our standard king size mattress (which given the fake look of the timber I'm not terribly unhappy about!). It took my partner a good hour to assemble and he is a handyman so factor in a bit of time to put it together. I've bought quite a few things from T&W and this is the only product that I have been really disappointed with. I wouldn't recommend it.

Whilst we were sceptical about buying something as important as a bed frame from an online store, we were quietly impressed. The build quality is more or less on par with competitor products, though the instructions were a tad bit more vague. Our only gripe for the King size frame at least was that with sheets and pillows added, the headboard is far too low, almost the same height as the pillows when laid flat (dissimilar to the online photos).

Our bed frame arrived marked in several places, otherwise it's a nice frame and really easy to put together.

The actual bed frame was really disappointing, the quality was poor and the images on the website were very misleading as the product looked nothing like the original image and was very cheap and flimsy. The headboard was half the size as seen in images and the finish was very cheaply made from thin vinyl.
