The rug arrived on time. I like the pattern and how it suits my decor. I would like to know how to get the ripples out. The rug was unwrapped and let lie for 24 hours before putting in place. It doesn’t lie flat and it is a trip hazard. I would appreciate some advice.

Colour is completely different from how it's shown on the website. I was expecting a neutral beige background colour with burnt orange highlights. The reality is that the background is a pale silvery grey colour and the accent colours are so pale that they're really more peachy. Unfortunately it didn't match the colour of the room that I needed to use it in. Delivery of the item was faster than predicted so that was the main positive.

Extremely happy with this rug! My dog vomited on it the week it arrived and I was able to clean it easily and it didn’t stain at all! Thank goodness!!!

Had this for about 2-3 years and the colour has faded quiet significantly despite it never being in direct sunlight. Areas of heavy foot traffic have worn quickly too. Nice rug, good price at the time but the longevity isn't there.
