Verdana Anti-Slip Rug Pad

Purchased this underlay to go under a wool-blend rug. Adds additional softness underfoot. The rubber dots do leave some residue on the floors surface, which I initially thought was oil, however when wiping the colour transferred slightly black which I assume is the rubber dots. This happened after only 3 weeks of the underlay being down. I flipped the underlay upside down which negates the anti-slip, however I didn’t want to risk permanent marks on a newly laid floor. Because the rug size I have is 3.3 x 2.4 the anti-slip didn’t matter as the rug doesn’t move either way. Something to consider if you are worried about the underlay potentially marking the flooring.

Perfect for placement under a rug for added thickness, especially washable rugs that tend to be a little on the thin side. Great non-slip grips to keep in place. Much better than the typical mesh, highly recommend.

Bought this rug pad, never used one before I must say it has added extra cushioning to the rug and the little rubber dots on the back, keep it in place and therefore the rug on top doesn’t move either. Very happy, I’ve told my friends they should buy one as well…great price.

Exactly what I was looking for. This rug pad is thick enough to provide a little insulation against the cold floors, and soft enough to make even a thin rug feel luxurious. It stays in place and the size was a good match. Perfect!

Good quality underlay that stays in place under my new T&W floor rug. It was easy to cut to size with large scissors.

Makes any rug feel expensive. We got felt on the advice of our floor guy to avoid the rubber type anti-slip mats which eventually mark the floor. Easy to cut to size. I hadn’t realised there are also small rubber or plastic nodes on one side for anti-slip.

Thick and large enough to be placed under the rug purchased. A quality product. The rug is colourful and adds a splash of colour to compliment the. blackbut wooden flooring it sits upon. It is thick and comfortable to walk on. A welcome addition to my home.

Perfect rug underlay

This carpet under mat supports my hallway runner, it stops it from slipping and sliding around, and feels very plush under foot.

Perfect, does exactly what it says it does. I didn't cut mine to size so if I get crumbs on it, it's super annoying to clean as it gets stuck in the fibres. Although I think if the rug is cut to size, it would be fine.

Didnt love that I had to cut this to size. Description said to order as per the size of the rug it is to go underneath, however it was slightly larger, and needed to be cut. It wouldn't be hard to just make it 5cm shorter either end of the rug size. Not a bad product.

It’s good quality, non slip, adds plushness under my persian rug. It’s better than the cheap, thin options from other shops. Thicker and heavier than I was expecting, happy with it.
