Although the product is lovely and sturdier than what I thought they might be, the holes on one side were in the wrong place, so new holes had to be drilled. I believe this is an ongoing problem based on previous reviews. If you didn't have a drill it would be impossible to complete installation. They are nice looking pieces and fit in really well with our decor. If the drilled holes could be looked at I may consider buying more for other rooms.

The wooden laminate on the shelves is a bit hit and miss, and they were genuinely annoying to assemble (shelves are held in by 2 screws on each side, its awkward to hold them in place and screw). Otherwise the're sturdy enough and look like the photos.
