Works perfectly. Simple effective toaster. Good value for money.

Good toaster, does the job. Does not have a lift up function, so fishing out shorter slices can be difficult..

Broke within a few months

The quality of this product is poor. Absolutely disappointed with how Temple and Webster would stock and sell something like this. When the machine runs the heat is uneven, the button needs force to stay down, and the gap between a heat setting of 1 and 2 (blonde) is not the same as 2 to 3 (burnt to a crisp). I set off my apartment's fire alarm. On top of that it definitely does not hold 4 standard slices of supermarket bread easily. You can get a stainless steel toaster at a much higher quality. This experience has really undermined our trust in T&W and do not recommend anyone buying this product.
