Thea American Oak Wood Bedside Table

What a great product! Expertly crafted from solid timber. A very sturdy, well made bedside table with lovely joinery. Drawers glide smoothly, with no screws or steel runners. Like they used to make. Came complete apart from legs needing a quick bolting on. Very easy and took me under 5 minutes. Looks great in my home. I bought 4.. one for me and my kids also. Very happy with the great service and speedy postage. I will shop with TnW again. Highly recommended store and product.

Both Bedside Tables available prior to delivery notification, being a cabinet maker by trade all those years ago it was very simple to assemble, they look great and my 89 year old mother loves them in her room at the beach house in Rye Victoria 😁

Love these bedside tables! Very easy to put together, solid pieces that are very well constructed. Priced great for what you are getting I am really impressed! I will likely purchase these again for our second bedroom too.

I love that these are made from solid wood, which makes a change from cheap MDF that falls apart. Love the design and they fit just right in our small bedroom. HOWEVER, I don't love that the drawers are not on sliders so they don't pull in and out easily, they stick all the time. AND the grooves for your fingers are not deep enough so you can't grip properly to pull the draw out - and I don't have funny shaped fingers or anything! They just didn't make the grooves deep enough, especially when the drawers don't open easily. We are going to have to purchase handles for these, which is a shame because I specifically wanted the non-handle design to fit with a tall boy that we have with no handles.

The product is exactly the same as the one in the picture, except that the smell is quite strong and takes a long time to dissipate.

Relatively disappointed. Unit is OK but not high quality. Drawer slides and drawer interior has not seen much if any sandpaper and are a bit rough, don’t slide that well. The legs don’t align with the cabinet. One leg missing a felt pad. The QA clearly not there during manufacture. The colour is slightly pinkish like Tassie Oak so was disappointed as I was looking for more yellow tones. On the plus side the unit is made of solid timber and looks OK at a distance.

Nice little unit - but be mindful of the specs as it sits lower than I expected! There was a slight smell on opening, but this is likely from being packaged - now gone. It’s a sweet little unit otherwise - v easy to assemble the legs.

Love the design and how light it is

Look great. The runners are routed (instead of rails) which can make them a bit sticky, but good value for the price.

These bedside tables are perfect for my spare room. They are compact and so fit in the room without taking up too much space. Maybe for a main bedroom I would get higher ones.
