Probably the best item we have bought from T&W. Good quality and great for our guest room.

A little challenging to put together, ruined one of them as instructions were not clear, so ended up with one out of 2 bought. Getting the drawers to align correctly is challenging. Once together looks stylish.

Loads of hanging space - deep drawers

Sturdy and stylish

Bought this for my daughter’s small bedroom and it’s been super handy. The drawers hold a lot, the hanging rail is really useful, and the mirror is a nice bonus. Looks modern and would work well in a guest room too. Really happy with it!

Upon assembly, we discovered that the pre-drilled holes for the drawer railings were misaligned by approximately 28mm. As a result, none of the drawers could be installed correctly. We were forced to manually remeasure and drill new holes to accommodate the rails, after which the drawers finally fit as intended. We assumed the issue had been resolved and proceeded to complete the setup. However, during use, a serious fault emerged. While placing clothes into the second drawer from the bottom, the drawer above unexpectedly derailed on one side. This triggered a cascading failure, causing the three drawers above it to collapse on the same side. We removed all contents and attempted to reset the drawers, but they continue to derail and fall during normal use. The product has proven to be unreliable, and we are now left with a unit that does not function as advertised. This has been a disappointing experience and a considerable waste of time and money.

Drawers unhinge themselves after a while. Need to constantly rescrew

The unit, when assembled, looks as described. The assembly instructions were okay, however in my case the the pre drilled holes on the side panels supporting the drawer rails were drilled in mirrored locations - the wrong way around. I had to measure, and drill new holes for every single drawer. The assembly took about about 4 hrs. That was not a pleasant experience. By the time I realised this I was half way through the assembly and didn't want to take everything apart to send the unit back. I don't recommend this product, but if you must have it, check that the pre-drilled holes are aligned correctly before starting to assemble it.

Was very difficult to piece together as there were no written instructions and drawings were not clear. Missing screws and one bracket broke but after all that it’s a good piece of furniture

Drawers feel nice and sturdy, but the hanging portion is a little wobbly.

Good quality and versatile design. It took.time to assemble the various parts but worth it.

This takes a while to put together but happy with this purchase for the price.

Really solid piece. It’s well made, not difficult to assemble, and looks great. Great size too. Only a couple of small gripes: - some of the screws didn’t hold up when screwing in, so they can’t be unscrewed now - the mirror had a couple of marks on it (paint?) that I haven’t yet been able to get off. But otherwise absolutely love it, picked it up on sale but frankly it’s great value even at full price.

The product seems good, but there seems to be an issue with the drawer placement- drawers don't slide into proper space due to screw placement being incorrect.

Not as sturdy as I would hope. Lots of movement in the frame even when all screws are tightened. Looks good though

Perfect for my sons room. Was super quick and easy to build, but I am pretty handy. The drawers dont hold a lot but that is obvious. The rack is sturdy and the mirror a bonus

This was perfect for a smaller room that could not accommodate a full wardrobe. The hanging rail could be supported a little better.

Drawers are a little small (I'm a big person with large clothes), otherwise it is perfect. There were two threaded inserts missing, but they were very common sizes so I had metal spares sitting around that slotted in perfectly. 10 or 12mm I think - they go for two dollars for 10 or so. Worth the effort. Watch the metal on the drawer rails.

It is good and sturdy, but a piece was broken during delivery. I am waiting for a replacement stat.

Perfect for my spare room

I really like this piece. It looks good and is a nice height. Only problem I have is that the drawers often unscrew over time (bought six months ago, sometimes now the front part of the drawer will come loose). Nice colour - a little warmer than shown, but not a typical warm wood I would say.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture in theory and it was everything I wanted in a chest of draws with a clothing rack. I'm not sure if it was just the one we received, but the materials were such poor quality that it looks like a cheap competitor's construction (they might even have better quality materials). It was a nightmare to put together, it took my partner 2 days of frustration to finally finish putting all the tiny little pieces together; the assembly was so fiddly and the pieces we received were not cut accurately either so the draws didn't sit evenly apart, nor does top of the draws sit flush to the back. The rack is also quite wobbly but stable enough to hold a pretty decent amount of clothes. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I would have thought I would have received something of higher quality for the amount of money I spent on this chest of draws. It is still functional enough to use but I don't think it'll be something I cherish well into the future. We love Temple and Webster & have bought many things since this purchase, but I would consider if this is worth the hassle to assemble and to be prepared if it doesn't look perfect before you go ahead and spend all your hard-earned money. While I dislike leaving negative reviews, I think as a consumer myself, it is important to contribute my opinion to support others in weighing up their options before buying an expensive product.
