Chair is comfortable and looks nice in bedroom, seat cushion a little too high for chair, although it does sink down once you are sitting on it.

Chair looks as it is pictured. Probably better for someone taller as it is quite deep and not as comfortable if you can't put your feet on the ground when sitting. Otherwise, if you have a foot stand to lean back into the chair, it's comfortable. 4 stars because the one I purchased had pre-drilled holes that did not match the screws. The screws also came worn, otherwise no issues as T&W was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Yes looks like the photo. The fake leather is soft. It isn't a very high quality. It does look cheap. I'm trying to make it look better by adding cushions and a throw.

Gorgeous and comfy, the faux leather looks great and is really soft. Easy to assemble. The back could be a bit taller but no drama, I love this chair!

Beautiful armchair for any corner. Nice tan color with good firm seat. Customer service was fantastic making sure all hardwares were included before delivery.

this product has design issues. The back is too low and while sitting on it you feel like the seat would fall down.

We purchased this product for a busy cafe in Perth. We have been really happy with this product it has been both comfortable and durable.

There were no bolts, lock washers or flat washers in the box, so we are unable to put the legs on the chair

Absolutely love the chair. So comfortable and great in colour. Just what we need. Easy to assemble - needing only to attach the legs. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the box was missing the the washers and spring washers that the sheet said would be included. A quick trip to Bunnings and I got what I needed to successfully attach the legs to the chair. It was a little disappointing and frustrating considering the price and overall quality.. Would still highly recommend this chair.
