Strawberry Thief - William Morris Cotton Lamp Shade We bought these cotton lamp shades after seeing several William Morris items when we stayed at an accommodation in Edinburgh recently. The classic William Morris-inspired print gives the little corner of our room a lovely touch of colour and pattern. The lampshades are handmade and are of fantastic quality, and have a soft, natural feel. The lampshades sit neatly on a standard lamp base; they also include an adapter that reduces the size if you use a smaller light globe. When you turn the light on, the pattern comes to life and adds another layer of colour. They also look good in daylight when the lamps are off. I like that these are handmade; it adds to the character of having something crafted by a person, rather than being mass-produced. Overall The lampshades are a lovely choice for anyone who enjoys classic patterns and wants to add a colourful decorative accent to their home.
