Great frypan . Thermostat connection is junk. Impossible to cook with without tweeking consistently loosing heat Change the thermostat connection.you have a great frypan ..Woks are the same

A bit disappointing. Excellent cooking surface & a good size but gets pretty hot then the thermostat clicks off & it can take a couple of minutes to come back on again so cooking is a bit erratic. Also, the heating element is attached to the pan so you can't immerse it in water & can only clean it with a soapy cloth or putting water in it then heating it up. Not ideal.

I was very happy when I first purchased this fry pan. However the thermostat control plug is very loose now, and keeps falling out.

Purchased the large round one for myself and I am using it all the time it’s large enough to feed a number of people and it’s light and easy to clean it’s a very versatile appliance I love it The other one I purchased as a present for a family member for Christmas a very good quality item so very happy with my porch thanks

So easy to clean after use. Being square it fits in the cupboard easily. The heat is spread all over the base not just where the element is on other fry pans. Heats up quickly. The best frypan I've had.
