I am rating this product "Average". The only important factor that is NOT satisfactory with this product is the HOLD function. While extensively researching bathroom scales to purchase, the function I looked for was the ability for the scales to HOLD the Number of Kg. on the display, till one got off the scales or took a suitcase off the scales. The on-line description indicated that the HOLD ability was 6-8 seconds. Actually, it HOLDS for barely 4 seconds. Hardly enough time to, for example, to remove a heavy suitcase from the platform, set it down and then look at the display before the illuminated number disappears. My older scales held the Kilograms on the display for about 9 - 10 seconds.
