Quick service - good product

Package arrived and the Flat pack at 27kgs was ok to move. The assembly was good using the supplied tools although I wondered if I should use glue as well. When assembled the bench was stable and looks great in my garden. we should get lots of pictures at Christmas

High quality solid product for the price. Stylish three seater bench for garden or front porch.

It came apart at the joins. Loose and being a 75yr old woman, there was diddly I could do except to pay a tradesman to come and fix it so I had to pay again! 1. Cost of purchase 2. Assembly 3. Consolidation!

Reasonable product, fairly solid construction. The bolts provided are pretty average though, I replaced with stainless. The stain was pretty rough and ready and some parts of the chair weren't sanded very smoothly. For the price, I expected a bit better quality.

Delivery was very prompt. Easy to put together and look great!

All good and satisfying. The wood bar at the front is abit low at one side as the drilled holes were not equal both sides

This was difficult to assemble and took 3-4 hours, instead of <1 hour if all went well. More than half this time was due to struggling with the M6 bolts, barrel nuts and barrel nut holder, an extremely fiddly operation. This was a very difficult operation with our seat. Maybe the holes should be drilled at exactly the right depth to make connecting the bolt and the nut easier? Instructions are good and simple, but a better design of bolts would make it a lot easier. It is not as if we are incapable, but a professional handyman should not be needed with such a simple design of 5 pieces. Please let the manufacturer know to help others in future. Exhausted !! Despite this it is a wonderful solid seat once assembled and we are very happy with it indeed. Just improve the bolt assembly and it would be a lot better. Phil and Jenny Robinson, Hobart

Difficult to put together. Dowels and holes didn't line up. Whole thing was twisted and would not fit together properly. Definitely not worth the money.

Great chair, exactly what we were after

This outdoor chair is perfect for our needs, was easy to assemble & is made of good heavy timber so doesn't move in heigh winds. We stain it once a year & it comes up good as new. The dogs love it too!

We purchased 8 of these benches for a museum in Alice Springs, they were easy to assemble, a strong and robust bench, they are comfortable and have been very well used with no signs of wear or damage.

A lovely sturdy outdoor Bench

Fantastic

The Siesta outdoor three seater is well made, sturdy and weighs about 27kg. It requires assembly and a fit person can do it by themselves but two people would make it easier. Delivery to Brisbane was relatively quick from NSW. The cardboard packaging could be a bit more robust given the weight and sizing of the wood pieces requiring assembly. Overall I was pleased with the price paid and the quality of the item.
