Good quality rug for the price. I have the same rug in olive green but for some reason this one had a strong odour. I contacted customer service about it and I have to say that it’s rare nowadays to get such good follow-up service from a company. I am very happy with their prompt and high-level customer service when I had an issue with an item. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I wanted to commend them!

Edges are rough and frayed. Wool keeps shedding no matter how many times I vacuum it.

Oh so stylish. It’s added the perfect foundation to my retro/mid-century/ modern / minimalist living room. The rug is thick, good quality and the perfect forest green I was seeking (matches my little urban jungle). I think I may also purchase the cream! I recommend!.

This rug is so plush and soft. It took about 4 months for it to finally stop shedding.

These are really poor quality, they shed excessively, more so than any previous wool rug I've owned. Months later and its still happening. You end up with fibres all over the room, house and your body! Gross. Huge regrets

Very disappointed. I don't understand how this has such a high rating. This rug won't stop shedding. We have now had it for months and it still sheds very badly. It also fills and clogs the dyson in a few seconds of vacuuming. It was bought for our daughter's nursery, and although looks pretty it is just not functional (or soft). We can't put her on it, I tried putting blankets on top when I want to put her down but it just leaves stuff all over the blankets and spreads everywhere. Would not recommend

Purchased in the green and I am obsessed. It does shed so be prepared to vacuum through this process!

Sheds a lot but looks nice

So thick and luxurious. I love jumping out of bed and my feet softly sinking into it.

Horrible rug, is still shedding almost a year later. Clogs up the vacuum.

Mildly disappointing quality. Is still shedding after weeks of use and is not particularly soft (feels kind of scratchy on bare skin). Don’t wear black/dark clothes on or near it as it will shed majorly on you! Also has weirdly sharp staples or rough glued material on the edges which I have cut myself on. Get what you pay for I guess.

The most softest rug for our little girl’s nursery. Such great quality.

More beige rather than white but very nice. Has been open for a few days and has a real egg smell to it, hoping it goes away the more it airs out or I won't be able to use it much longer

Love this rug, I've gotten so many compliments on it. Soft and comfortable under the feet (it's a soft white - not a stark or harsh one).

This rug sheds like crazy, nice style and feels lovely under foot but no amount of vacuuming stops the shed! Good for the price.

Rug is super cute but it piles horrendously (even in areas not frequently walked on). Having to vacuum/clean it several times a week.

The rug is quite thick so it feels like good quality for the price. It’s more yellow/ cream coloured than the stock images show

The rug is not a crisp white as it appears in the photos. It’s a creamy colour. The texture isn’t as soft as it appears either. The rug is nice and worth the price, I just don’t believe the images are an accurate representation.
