Wipe using a soft, damp cloth; use mild, non-abrasive cleaners; avoid using high PH products; rinse immediately to neutralize the effect then follow usual cleaning procedure using a PH neutral cleaning agent; do not fill your basin with boiling water & leave for extended periods of time; avoid direct sunlight as long exposure may result in slight colour change; as with all basins, concrete is susceptible to chipping & cracking with improper use; avoid impact on edges & on surface with hard objects; areas around cut-outs are weak points & can form small hairline cracks; the damage is aesthetic & not structural; if structural cracks occur, the product will be replaced; please note, hairline cracks are not common but may occur; please ensure you follow the installation process correctly; ensure basin is clean & dry before using the polish; using a microfibre, wipe on approximately a 20 cent size of polish on the internal surface, applying in a circular motion that overlaps to ensue no missed areas; leave for 2 minutes & then gently buff off in light circular motion with a dry microfibre; repeat every 3-4 months or as required
