Works as expected

Lovely light - we bought it in white which really looks great on our grey/white cottage style house. We've had lots of positive comments. Only issue we could find is the hollow bottom is not a good look. It has obvious holes where screws are supposed to go for a bottom plate which makes it look unfinished and allows insects to build nests and webs. Not ideal. Otherwise it's beautiful.

These look fantastic! Some of them came slightly bent but we contact the manufacturer and they were happy to replace them if they broke while trying to bend them back. They are a really good size.

Lovely light. It first arrived with one of the glass panels broken but T & W speedily sent out a replacement. Suits the cottage charm of our home. I use a warm globe. Looks lovely at night.

Light fitting looks great. I purchased a few of them and found one had an earth leakage in wiring. Two also arrived with broken glass panels. TW replaced, but it was inconvenient

Glass was chipped on delivery, contacted Customer Service nothing was too much trouble they arranged for a replacement. Replacement arrived within a few days.

I got the white - very pretty, feels sturdy, a bit bigger than expected, but true to measurements The glass for the sides has a slight blue sheen and is textured, the glass is packed separately so be careful when opening the box. I do think ! will use the glass. Also there is no base...

This product is a beautiful piece that was delivered with a small crack. We contacted T&W and they immediately sent us 2 brand new ones within 3 days they arrived AND they let us keep the old ones. The customer service of this company is un-heard of! Thanks T&W :-)
