Thats definitely not the kind of lasting softness we aim to offer with this range. While microfibre is generally low-maintenance, it can be sensitive to heat or abrasive fabrics in the wash. To help prevent further pilling, we recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and avoiding fabric softeners or rough items like towels in the same load. Wed love the chance to make this right.
