i was pleased with the delivery and product except for the bound edges are crooked, not following the line of the design edge. This is sloppy and makes the product look cheap.

For the first time ever I am very disappointed in the product purchased from T&W. Please see the attached photographs that show the finish specifically the uneven pattern on edges and corner material. Both of these are visible to the naked eye and extremely obvious and certainly not displayed in the sample. This is only discoverable once opened.

Love this outdoor rug. It takes pride of place in our garage / home gym conversion! Easy on the eye, though hard wearing given the mower and other gardening equipment often have to frequently travel across it.
