Both rugs are awesome. True to their photos and better than expected! Shipping was prompt and efficient, communication was outstanding and the quality is great. Only downfalls were answering questions about returns and when the second rug arrived it was creased which still hasn't settled down after more than 2 weeks. Overall though I'd definitely recommend T&W and especially their rugs!
