The rug looks and feel lovely but this runner has been down for 6 months and nothing I have tried has kept the corners down. I thought our hot Sydney weather would help but it didn’t. I tried sticking an adhesive vinyl tile in each corner to weigh the corners down but this hasn’t worked either. I think it might be the way the rug is finished on the edges…it’s just not heavy enough on the corners.

I had been looking at the runner rugs for a couple of months and this on was my favourite. I was as bit anxious about the colour being true to the photo but took the plunge...so glad I did! It’s a perfect fit our hall, it is a great noise canceller in our house, I think it helps hold heat and a delight to walk on with bare feet. I recommend a matting to go under if placing on a tiled/timber floor. Check my photo of the rug in place....
