Rupert 6 Drawer Chest

Very happy with purchase. I would recommend having two people putting this together like the instructions suggest but as I was on my own it did take a bit of effort even though I'd already put the bedside tables together. In step 6 in the instructions it wasn't quite clear how to install the brackets, so assuming the instructions to be literal and following the diagrams I actually installed the brackets the wrong way. Make sure you install them with the arrows pointing to the back of the drawers not to the front as is suggested by the diagram. You will save yourself alot of fiddley unscrewing and re-screwing. If you install them facing the wrong way the drawers will not catch on the closure brackets. Also be mindful of the drawer facings which seem to be easily scratched, recommend to assemble on a blanket on the floor or a table.

Beautiful set of drawers for my son’s room! Easy to put together and looks high quality, one top drawer doesn’t open easily, but unsure if this was an assembly error or not - either way still happy!

This tall boy looks exactly like the pictures, really nice blonde looking timber. The drawers work perfectly, although it took my (very handy) husband around 2 hours to put together, so was not an easy assembly at all. Highly recommend, the drawers are lively

Amazing! So easy to put together & the quality looks great. I didn't want to add the legs just to give it a different look, so I just added felt pads to avoid any scratching to the floor!

This is exactly what I was looking for to store my clothes. The 6 drawers are enough and the design compliments the decor I was going for. I’m so glad I got this.

I love these drawers so much. The touch close is really cool and the round edges a nice change from the hard lines of generic flat pack furniture.

We use this as the change table in our son’s room, and though I’m sure it’s not rated for it it’s been very sturdy, and it looks great! Only thing is the drawers can be hard to open and take a bit of pushing force to open

Nice oak colour and matches my Rupert bedside tables perfectly. Took a while to assemble as there were so many pieces. The push open drawers don’t always open but I noticed if you push at a certain point, works a little better.

Great size. We used these chests as bedside tables. Looks great and we are very happy with the result.

Runners fall off with the small screws. Draws do not fit perfectly inside as well. Super disappointing.

Draw opening system was terrible so I had to put my own knob handles on it just so I could open the drawers. The timber material was flimsy and some of the screws made the timber chip. Not happy with the price that I paid for this.

Great product for my nursery

Good product after assembly however it is very difficult to assemble because of the centre structure between drawers. I damaged the cam screw holes and had to make a change to screw through the centre column for one side because the cam holes pulled out. Once together excellent but assembly is quite difficult with a high risk of damage until top and bottom secured.

Absolutely LOVE the Rupert drawers. A little bit of a challenge to put together - so many parts! So worth it as it looks exactly like the picture.

We took the legs off and use this as a change table in our babies room. Can get narrow change mats to fit, works perfectly!!

really difficult to build and then after all your hard work half of the magnet closures don’t work so you can’t even open the drawers. don’t waste your money.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture but the design is flawed because the mechanism on three of the four drawers didn’t work. We had to put a thick felt sticky dot on the back of the drawer so that it could engage with the release mechanism. Afterwards, all four drawers were functional.
