I have placed the total grip under a rug runner on a tiled area at my sliding door. It keeps it in place and no movement. It’s great 😊 I definitely recommend this product.

Difficult to put down and the sticky stuff transferred onto skin a lot but the carpet was safe. I was worried about it transferring onto and marking the carpet but it didn’t and has held up after a few weeks of heavy traffic. Does the job.

So far so good. Is working well.

Works brilliantly, Always struggled with rugs on top of carpet, moving around and never staying right where you need them.. but then I found this... Not a issue since

I cut the rug lining to size and fitted under the runner. The rug runner had kept moving and nothing we had tried before worked, causing a trip hazzard. The product worked great. No more movement!!

Not as effective as I hoped. Rug still "wrinkles".

Product was dumped at my door without any packaging and the plastic was ripped. Works alright but rug still moves slightly.

Terrible! It’s ruined the runner o had sitting on top of it. It has a peel off strip which leaves glue behind to stick to the carpet. Now the carpet and runner are sticky. My shoes are sticking to the runner! I removed the non slip mat as it was annoying. Now I have to work out how to remove the glue from my new runner and the carpet. The photo shows the soles of my shoes from one walk down the runner! Covered in the jute. The other is how filthy the non slip mat gets due to the dirt sticking to it. Very disappointing

Unfortunately, the total grip product has not worked and my rug still moves on my carpet. Sadly a waste of money.

Only sticky on one side doesn’t make any difference to the rug on the carpet. Maybe it is older stock that is why.

This is a very effective way to control a shifty rug or carpet.

excellent rug mat to keep rug in place especially outdoor on tiled areas.

This works extremely well, we have a polypropylene rug on a carpet floor, this underlay keeps the mat from moving on the carpet.

It’s supposed to be sticky on both sides but it’s only sticky on one. I’ve googled the instructions extensively and they all say to stick firmly to the under side of the rug, then pull off the plastic backing to stick to the carpet. The issue is the side with no plastic odd not sticky so I’ve purchased double sided tape to stick it to the rug. Seems it’ll work now, but note you will need to purchase additional rug tape

This was so sticky I didn’t want to put it on my floor in case my floor got sticky. Couldn’t actually pull it apart so ended up throwing it out. Don’t recommend this product

I recently bought a popular insta-marketed rug "system" which unfortunately slips all over my low-pile carpet. I've ditched the "pad" that came with it and I've used this instead - it works SO WELL. Still to see how long it lasts, but the first few weeks I have no complaints.,

Not what I wanted

Didn’t grip my mats well at all.

Works okay to stop rugs from slipping but leaves a bit of a sticky feeling to the floor underneath once removed.
