While the chair is comfortable the build quality is sub-par. The upholstery on the arm rests fell off almost immediately and revealed the cheap foam underneath, reattaching the upholstery was harder than it needed to be thanks to the way the arm rests are attached. The cover for the massage buttons are also mis-aligned.

easy to assemble, fairly lightweight which can both be a pro and a con, the massage function works as expected though would be nice if it was lower on the back rather than mid spine. my biggest concern is that the leg/footrest feels incredibly flimsy, i worry it will snap off with frequent use.

It is no where near as comfortable or sturdy as they look in the picture. The seating on mine was broken but my husbands is fine. For the price of the chairs I was really disappointed. The lead for the massage component is about 10cm's long which is absolutely useless if you want the massage feature. If you did happen to have yourself a battery pack that you can connect for the massage feature, there is then nowhere to hang the battery pack. Really disappointed in this product.

The chair is absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable and the massage function is pure luxury - I happen to have it on right now and it's amazing! I initially had a bit of a problem in that the chair was missing a few components, but customer service quickly sent me a replacement, so all's well that ends well. Great chair!
