A seriously solid piece of gear! I reckon you could ditch the particle board shelves and replace them with marine ply and use it outside. Fish oil the whole thing first, of course.

This was missing the cross-bracing posts shown in image and on second page of instructions. I purchased 2 (box #42 and #47) and were missing in both. Fairly straight forward to assemble, fine with 1 person. When connecting top and bottom halves, lay it down on the floor and it was relatively easy to connect together.
