River Country Tan Canvas Art Print - An abstract take on a landscape, this Aboriginal artwork shows rolling hills among a field of flora and fauna. A river flows along the centre, underneath the warm rays of the sun. Such an organic placement of lines and dots portrays the constant movement of nature itself. Greens and blues stand out amongst the warm orange, purple and red tones.
Bila and Nguram-bang, are words from Wiradjuri language, meaning river and country. Wiradjuri people are river people. Growing up by the rivers was my way of life and were an important element to my families’ survival and cultural connection.
