The chair has a slight left right wobble that defaults to an off angle resulting in more pressure on one side of your body then the other. Pair that with the worse back rest I've ever felt on a chair. The lumbar "lump" positioning on this chair seems like it was just a rough guess, no amount of vertical adjustment will get it anywhere near the right spot.
