The rug arrived neatly packaged in a box, but unfortunately the folds were very noticeable once I unfolded it. I’m hoping the creases relax over time, but right out of the box it definitely didn’t lay flat. The quality seems decent otherwise, but the packaging method takes away from the overall look at first.

The packaging was folded inside the box, leaving visible fold lines when opened, which makes it hard to get a good look.

The quality of this rug was not acceptable. It was a different colour, it had creases and the printing of the pattern was faulty. If I could leave no stars as a review that would have been my choice. Do not buy this product.
