Cotton is good for air circulation.

This is just what I wanted as I love cotton for bedding and I prefer the strapping as once the elastic wears out on the fitted ones, they can’t be used properly. Only issue is that it shrunk. I only sit it on top of the mattress but it definitely shrunk about 1-2 inches
