Qiana Velvet Office Chair

I found it very easy to assemble. It is comfortable. The base is very robust. I have not tried the massage feature yet. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Attractive, comfortable chair that was easy to assemble. The extendable leg rest slides out from under the seat, and tends to move a bit unless you sit still, and it doesn't lock into place so there doesn't seem to be anything to be done about that, but it's grand. Controls for the massage function are shaky at best, sometimes they work, sometimes they dont. Not entirely sold on the vibration massage in general, but that's a personal preference rather than a complaint about the item. All in all, its a comfortable place to spend the day cursing your computer while you work from home

Comfortable and looks great

Does not lift high enough. When looked at dimensions thought it will lift higher so I can be ergonomically at a good height with my standard office table. However still a nice comfortable chair just not high enough for my needs

The chair is pretty comfy. I would like more padding in the seat. The massage function isn’t worth it. It’s just a buzz. Used it twice. Live the colour.

This is a great chair

It’s pretty and roomy for bigger people. It was easy to assemble. The massage function isn’t anything more than a vibration. I have had to experiment with various seat cushions to be able tolerate sitting for 10 hour shifts- gets uncomfortable after only a couple of hours

Absolutely love this chair! The arm rests and the foot rest could be a bit sturdier other than that it's perfect!

Great colour and feel.

Massage function not working, on/off button was a sticker that fell off upon assembly, clearly stuck on with a hot glue gun. Frame and moving parts made with cheap flimsy plastic that moves not as designed, footrest feels dangerous to put even the weight of one foot on. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

This chair is amazing, so comfortable and the material feels expensive and nice on your skin. the massage feature is effective but not too rough. A great purchase.

Wheels are not great. Get stuck in carpet, even with the plastic mats, it's temperamental.

Awesome chair with high back for greater comfort, highly recommended. Dining chairs not delivered as yet.

The massage function is a gimmick. The cord is too short to plug in and the buttons fell off immediately. However as the high backed office chair I bought it to be - works a treat.

Love the features of the chair it could just be a bit more cushioned in the seat however.

Looks amazing and comfortable

Lovely chair, it is quite firm, I have been using all day and a big improvement on my previous one. Massage function is lovely (nothing too crazy but beneficial). Was easy to assemble.

Fit for purpose. Looks attractive in the study. Was easy to put together.

This chair was received within 5 days,in Central regional Queensland during xmas season and put together in less than 2 hours by an arthritic 83 year old. thank you so much. EVERYTHING I have purchased in past, has been similarly satisfactory and worth each dollar.

It vibrates not messages, stop the quality is good and it's comfy and beautiful!

Comfortable, however back could be more adjustable - sits too far back. Don't use the massage - it just vibrates, not very effective. Can't fault the colour, looks just like picture. The foot rest is good, when I remember to use it. If you're just after a simple office chair, there may be better options.

Very uncomfortable and the foot rest feels very flimsy like you can't put any weight on it. Foam is thin can feel the massager in the back now after a few weeks. Using the chair for more then half an hour causes pain to hips, bottom and back.
