The massage function is a gimmick. The cord is too short to plug in and the buttons fell off immediately. However as the high backed office chair I bought it to be - works a treat. |

Lovely chair, it is quite firm, I have been using all day and a big improvement on my previous one. Massage function is lovely (nothing too crazy but beneficial). Was easy to assemble.

This chair was received within 5 days,in Central regional Queensland during xmas season and put together in less than 2 hours by an arthritic 83 year old. thank you so much. EVERYTHING I have purchased in past, has been similarly satisfactory and worth each dollar. |

Comfortable, however back could be more adjustable - sits too far back. Don't use the massage - it just vibrates, not very effective. Can't fault the colour, looks just like picture. The foot rest is good, when I remember to use it. If you're just after a simple office chair, there may be better options. |
