The cushioning of the seat and arm's rest is poor. Takes longer to assemble. Some of the chair parts are inside the back support, if you go opening the zip, it could break. All in all, if I've tried the chair before buying, I would've not gotten it. The look gives it 2 stars rating. |

Chair is comfortable and is as described. Box it arrived in was compact and parts were stored inside the back of the chair (we almost thought they were missing!). Assembly wasn't too difficult. Quality seems reasonable although ours already has a tiny tear in the leather after 2 weeks of use. |
