I am disappointed that my order of 16 cushions arrived in 16 separate individual bags despite being delivered to the same address, creating unnecessary waste and inconvenience. The cushions themselves are of poor quality and finish, which added to my frustration after having to unpack each bag just to check the contents. This order has been a poor experience overall, and I am now an unhappy customer awaiting a return.

These have really styled up my couch.

I was surprised to know that this is an actual cushion! I thought I was purchasing cushion covers only. They arrived flat packed, and after a bit of moulding into shape, I had a nice cushion. This is my second purchase of this cushion. I have purchased in another colour also.

The cushion is not as pictured because the insert / padding is far too small and doesn’t properly fill out the cover as shown in the photo. The powder blue is somewhat lighter than in the photo too, looks washed out. Quality of the cover itself is otherwise ok.
