Great quality product

Pros: - comfy chair for 5'3 petite person - easy to clean mesh chair - adjustable height for armrest/headrest - adjustable leg rest for people who like to sit cross legged or put their feet up Cons: - expensive, can buy the exact chair for less on other websites - not amazing quality, some parts are made of cheap plastic - unable to lean/lie back (which it is supposed to do!!!) due to the stiff springs or maybe i'm just too light (50kg...)

It has fractured at the seat base within 6 months.

While it took me a little bit of time to ensure this was well put together, the actual process was easy enough and the finished product is comfortable and sturdy. I just need to carve out more time in my work day to use the recline and foot rest feature.

Great value for money - arms move in all directions and have an excellent build quality. Mesh back and set are firm and pretty comfortable. Lumbar support could be stronger but is also adjustable

Great chair to start with however there is no way to adjust the back of the chair and the longer you sit in it, the further back it will go. The washers are terrible and just bend. Unless you like leaning back in a chair then this isnt for you.
