Beautiful, comfortable, but the big button in the middle came shoved down into the ottoman, exposing the filler. It got much worse very fast with usage of the item, and the material on the ottoman that should have been seen tightly under the button frayed within 2 weeks to the point that the ottoman needs professional repair. I did contact T&W upon delivery and they were super fast and gave me a reasonable partial refund as I requested. However I would say, if this happens to you, return it and get something else because the issue progressed very fast to the point that I had to buy a mat to go over the ottoman to cover it up, it became too unsightly.

The button on the top is slowly ripping away from the fabric despite not being used often and the quality is not great. It's also much bigger than I thought it would be.
