Paxden 4 Step Pet Stairs

I purchased 2 of these, one for my bed and one for the couch. As you can see by the pictures the covers don't fit quite as snuggly as in the description. So far this has not been an issue. And I think, it may make it easier to remove for washing - time will tell. My little dog loves it. She is only 4kg and I worry about the damage it does to her back jumping up on high things. Even though she is only 4yo I wanted her to get into the habit of using steps before she gets old and struggles. The steps are quite firm and the cover does grip to the cushion underneath so even though there is a fair amount of slack in the covers, it does not cause any slippage. Functionality I would give 5 stars, but the fact that it does not come as good as it looks in the advertisement is misleading and a little disappointing. I would still recommend this product. The cat loves to use it too.

Great product my dogs love it.

Not very sturdy and the fabric is quite loose making it difficult for little dogs to navigate as their feet get caught up in the fabric as it moves around. I expected the fabric to be attached to the insert - it’s more like a loose cushion cover.

Good quality product. The stairs are a little bit narrower than i thought they would be.

It was very disappointing nothing like the photo a flat piece of foam , with a cover way to big , it was a Christmas present. So double angry. A cat couldn’t stand in it totally useless

These steps are so disappointing. There is no definition in the steps and the cover is so loose. Poor quality. Compare the picture on the site to mine below. This is after giving the foam time to settle into position approx 48 hrs.

Perfect for my 15 year old family dog to help her hop up onto the couch and bed!

It does not look like this. A dog can’t walk up on the steps as it is too soft. I threw it in bin. Terrible!

I’m totally disappointed about the way my purchase looked when I Opened it. Not going to Use T&W again.

The cover was far to big it was different to the website not happy with it at all
