I want to love this cushion, but you sent it with an insert installed like it was a returned or display product. It was feather not hypoallergenic poly-fill as described. I know feathers feel better, more luxurious, but they smell like a chicken coop. Good thing I'm not overly sensitive/allergic and will use it anyway.
