Olwen Oak Wood Console Table

This is a solid wood console which took me about 40 mins to assemble. It is slimline and fits perfectly in the entryway of my apartment. Only problem is that one of the bolts at the base won't screw into the upright leg properly and it creates a gap, otherwise would give it 5 stars. Wish there were more items in the range, and they sill stocked the black colour range.

Fits perfectly in the space that I chose for it. Easily put together by my daughter. I love that it has drawers for a few things that I want kept a on hand but out of sight.

I am so happy with how my new hall table looks and fits in with my decore. It was my first attempt at building a flat pack. It went together nicely with a bit of help. I love the solid wood, it feel quite expensive but it was a very reasonable price.

Perfect table for our strangely shaped and kinda dark front door/entrance area. It's not the easiest piece I've assembled but I totally recommend it.

I absolutely love this. I needed a desk that could fit in my bedroom and with the simple lines and narrower depth it is absolutely perfect. I feel so fancy when I sit here.

Great piece. Looks exactly like the pictures, feels solid, and took a bit of time to assemble. It instantly lifted the look of my entryway. Definitely worth it.

I bought this table to match my Olwen Bedside tables that look great as side tables next to my lounge. But this console table is not the same quality and there are issues with assembly. The components for this flat pack table are really badly made. I gave the table 1 star because the table looks OK in the end and matches nicely with the Olwen site tables that I bought a few weeks ago. But I cannot recommend this table and don't look too closely...

Perfect console. Size and length are perfect for my entrance. Drawers are an added bonus for keys and other bit n pieces.

Very happy with purchase. Exactly what I was after. Arrived quickly. Looks great.

Frustrating to assemble... 1) Part C into part 4 caused part 4 to split. Had to glue together. 2) Part G into part 7 doesn't fit. Had to buy some steel washers. 3) Part J was missing. 4) Only 1 part L instead of 2. 5) Several pre-drilled holes filled with sawdust. Looks nice but some pieces of timber have flaws.

Very happy with this product. Came exactly as expected. Fairly easy to assemble, can be done with 1 person.

End product is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I had to hire someone to assemble as instructions were hard to read and I was sent an incorrect part.

Beautiful hallway table. Mine is a bit more yellow than pictured but still lovely and sturdy. Great value.

Absolutely cheap and poorly designed. Don't stress yourself with the laboureous assembly with below average screws. Very disappointed.

Very happy with both products. They were true to description and appearance on T&W website. Fitting the top panel of hallway console was a little frustrating but got there in the end with some clamps and wood glue. Worth the effort as I think it looks great.

The box had the wrong pieces and the screws were of very bad quality.

Great piece of occasional furniture

This is a nice & practical piece. Just what I needed. Can be a little fiddly to put together but generally quite easy.

Perfect smaller size. It takes so little room up but looks fantastic. Used as a desk in my bedroom, which works amazingly. The quality and colour of the wood is also beautiful. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. I love it. Some of the metal hardware used on the drawers is a little flimsy. Lucky my partner is a Carpenter. He ended up glueing and screwing the drawers to assemble but otherwise the body assembled quick and is all good. Certainly worth the reduced price from Black Friday, and once I finish using it as a desk, (when renovations are done), it could be used as a lovely console in halls, bathrooms, air b n b’s, etc. Very versatile and I love that it’s basically all solid oak timber. Very nice ‘minimalistic modern’ so it will go with most furniture.

No top for the unit in box

I was initially sent a console table that had been partly assembled, damaged screw holes, was missing the instructions and some fastenings were missing.

Pretty nice for the the price. Sturdy and perfect size for my smallish space

A lovely desk that looks good in n any room and is the right height to work at comfortably.
