Item was true to size and colour as advertised. Don’t recall seeing in the catalogue that it was a flat pack. Lucky hubby is very handy with furniture construction as diagrams were very basic. Once assembled, item was pleasant to look at - but probably wouldn’t take too much heavy handling. A note to prospective buyers - this unit would not be great for larger than average shoe size or high boots. And bulky heavy shoes best kept to bottom shelf. Liked the drop down drawers at the top. Overall happy with purchase. And very happy with T& W after sales support 👍
